This page presents the information required by Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引に関する法律) for the sale of subscriptions through the App. This notice is primarily intended for users in Japan; however, the same information applies to all users.

Other charges Communication fees for downloading and using the App are the user's responsibility.
Payment method Payment method registered to your Apple ID (credit card, carrier billing, Apple Account balance, etc.). All payments are processed by Apple Inc.
Timing of payment Charged upon completion of the initial subscription purchase. Thereafter, unless cancelled, the subscription auto-renews and is charged at the end of each subscription period (monthly or yearly).
Timing of service delivery Pro features become available immediately after the purchase is completed.
How to cancel You can cancel at any time from "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions" on your iPhone, from the App Store app, or via the subscription management page accessible from the App's settings screen.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. No further charges will be made after the next renewal date.
Returns and refunds Due to the nature of digital content, the seller does not process refunds.
Please request refunds directly from Apple under Apple's policy.

After cancellation, you can use Pro features through the end of the current subscription period. Per Apple's rules, no pro-rated refund is provided for unused time.
